Each website has its own affiliate policy and is certified and authenticated by ITUSA company. Usually, websites in the same field have similar affiliate policies.
Affiliates are considered e-marketers, earning a percentage of sales. The % here is usually according to sales volume, it can also be % according to the income of a lower affiliate level (ie the affiliate introduces others to become affiliates), it can also be % according to the webmaster's total income ( If someone registers to open a website from an affiliate link, if the website owner has income, the affiliate will also get a % of that total income).

B. Cookie & Affiliate Regulations

When the affiliate sends a link to someone's device, the recipient will access it. When accessing, the affiliate code will be stored on that device for 30 days.
In case the same device receives multiple affiliate links (ie many people refer to the same person), if the affiliate code is stored in the cookie for 15 days or more, the new affiliate code will be overwritten.
Specific example: If person A accesses the link from affiliate-B many times, person A's device will store affiliate#B information for 30 days from the last time. Then, if someone (affiliate-C) sends a link to person A, at the time person A accesses person C's link, if the cookie was last created more than 15 days ago, the cookie will be newly created according to code of this new affiliate. (If you access an affiliate link with a code that matches the affiliate code stored on the device, then immediately the cookie's lifetime will be updated: 30 days from the new click.)

C. Income regulations

Affiliate income on all websites in the *.htm.wiki system is updated immediately in the "Member" section of this website. In the income statement there are usually 3 statuses represented by colors such as ▮ ▮ ▮:

▮ Green: Customer has paid the fee (changes from red to green).

D. Payment regulations

Affiliate payments are made directly by ITUSA Co., Ltd. The company will pay affiliates automatically every 15th of every month when the amount is equivalent to ▮ 50USD or more.
Affiliate has the right to request payment on the same day, processing fee is 5 USD.

E. Regulations for partners - webmaster

Webmaster (admin of the website belonging to the *.htm.wiki system): if the website has a revenue source, it usually has an integrated affiliate function built in with a clear agreement. Webmasters have the right to enable or disable the affiliate function right on their website (there is always synchronization of the entire system every time such an operation occurs).
Specific example: the webmaster of a real estate news site has the affiliate function turned on by default. Webmaster (admin) can turn this function off. (Software always has a regulation that turning on/off must be 30 days apart). If the affiliate function is enabled, that website will be displayed in the Affiliate Directory, and the website will be approached and promoted by many affiliates (the rule is that affiliates collect 15% of the VIP posting fee, 7.5% is deducted by the webmaster). out; ITUSA company pays affiliates exactly 15%). F. About system reliability

Any intervention that affects an affiliate's income is bad behavior, deserving of contempt and legal consequences.

G. Founding circumstances and internal functions

This affiliate system will be launched in the fall of 2023, initially for the real estate sector. You can imagine that, in every locality around the world, there will be a website that posts information (classifies) about the real estate market (hereinafter referred to as real estate owners or investors. ITUSA Co., Ltd is the unit that creates, maintains and develops this ecosystem. Revenue will be deducted to pay affiliates.

In the future, more types of services will be added. Each type of service has many categories to earn income. People with affiliate links will have a richer customer base.

H. Upgrade history

I. Other terms

This website has the function of saving the affiliate-ID code on a cookie on the visitor's device. There are some cases of collecting member information such as full name, address, email, phone number, bank account number. This website does not collect and store users' password information.
